AlertGuru - e-mail Policy

1. We will not send unsolicited e-mails from our web site to the e-mail
     addresses that were not entered into our system.
2. We will not send the alerts until the e-mail or device was validated
     with the proper validation code.
3. We might send an e-mail to the e-mail account to remind that no alerts
     will be sent until the validation code(s) are entered. We will make
     the best effort not to send this type of e-mail to the e-mail
     enabled pager or the cell phone.
4. We might send occasional e-mail to the e-mail account if our reports
     will show that your account might benefit from additional information
     (i.e. the stock ticker was changed, a new feature was installed that might
     be useful, etc.).
